On November 6, 2025, Nantong North High-tech Zone and the China-Europe Economic and Technological Cooperation Association officially signed an agreement at the 8th China International Import Expo. The "China-Europe (Nantong) Meeting Room" was officially established in Nantong North High-tech Zone, becoming a "new link" for Chinese and European enterprises to travel to each other.

On May 28, 2025, the "China-France High-End Textile New Materials Promotion and Application Exchange and Matchmaking Conference," jointly hosted by the New Materials Professional Committee of the China-Europe Economic and Technological Cooperation Association and the France-China Business Association, was launched at Zhongguancun Information Valley (Nantong). The event, themed "Technology Mutual Learning, Market Expansion, and Industrial Prosperity," was jointly organized by the New Materials Professional Committee of the China-Europe Economic and Technological Cooperation Association and the France-China Business Association, with full guidance from the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and the Nantong Overseas Chinese Federation. It was co-organized by the Jiangsu Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park, Nantong University, and the Nantong New Materials Industry Chamber of Commerce. Through a combination of offline venue and Zoom online platform, the event built a bridge for in-depth exchanges between the Chinese and French textile industries.
